Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to handle all social media platforms, oversee content creation, and manage basic website design and updates. The role requires expertise in growing online presence, increasing engagement, and integrating digital marketing strategies with web-based campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

• Plan and execute content strategies to grow followers and engagement.

• Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and ad campaigns.

• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with the web design team for website updates, SEO optimization, and campaign landing pages.

• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

• Stay updated on latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

• Graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

• Basic knowledge of web design languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS like WordPress.

• SEO and Google Analytics understanding.

• Strong communication, creativity, and trend-awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing.

• Proven track record of growing brand presence online.
