Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane (West) — In-Office

Experience Required: 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Wagle Estate, Thane. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and assisting in basic digital marketing initiatives to grow brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools.
Content Creation & Ideation: Brainstorm trending ideas, write catchy captions, select trending audio, and create basic graphics/reels using Canva or CapCut.
Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster brand engagement.
Basic Paid Campaigns: Assist in setting up basic Instagram/Facebook boost ads or lead generation campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, leads) monthly and suggest actionable improvements.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media (BMM/BAMMC), or related field (preferred).
Design & Editing Tools: Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video/reel editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Copywriting: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Platforms: Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
Location: Must be able to commute daily to Wagle Estate, Thane (W).
