Social Media marketing executive

Job role : responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads

Job responsibilities

• Content creation: Develop, write, and edit engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to promote products, highlight manufacturing processes, and tell the company's story.

• Strategy and execution: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies that align with business objectives. Schedule and publish content across various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

• Community management: Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, respond to messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.

• Paid campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive specific goals, such as lead generation or website traffic.

• Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media metrics. Prepare reports on performance and provide insights for future optimizations.

• Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and support broader marketing campaigns.

• Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to keep the company's strategy current and effective. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.

• Proficiency with popular social media platforms and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English languages , including strong copywriting and editing abilities.

• Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform strategy.

• Creativity and a strong understanding of what makes content engaging.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
