Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Plan and create Reels, social media posts, carousels, stories, and campaign content.

• Write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, headlines, and CTAs.

• Research current social media trends, viral formats, sounds, memes, and content styles and identify opportunities for client brands.

• Develop content concepts based on different brands, industries, target audiences, and marketing objectives.

• Work closely with the graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, and marketing team to execute content.

• Participate in shoot planning, content ideation, and on-location shoots when required.

• Create content calendars and contribute ideas for monthly social media strategies.

• Adapt content according to different brand tones — from corporate and professional to fun, trendy, and conversational.

• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
