   Promote real estate projects through creative visuals, videos, property highlights, and lead-generation campaigns.

3. Social Media Handling:
   Manage day-to-day posting, replies, comments, DMs, and maintain online presence for the brand.

4. Lead Generation Campaigns:
   Run paid ads on Facebook & Instagram to generate inquiries for residential and commercial projects.

5. Market Research:
   Track real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to plan effective content strategies.

6. Brand Awareness & Engagement:
   Increase followers, audience engagement, and visibility through creative storytelling and consistent posting.

7. Analytics & Reporting:
   Monitor performance of posts, campaigns, and prepare weekly/monthly reports using insights.

8. Coordination With Sales Team:
   Share leads with the sales team, coordinate for site-visit promotions, and maintain smooth communication.
