Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Executive who can independently manage and execute marketing tasks across our brands under Grand Interiors. This role requires a multitasker who can manage social channels, create content, design creatives, edit videos, and execute campaigns end-to-end. Guidance and direction will be provided, however the candidate will be the primary doer and executor on the marketing front.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Own all brand social media handles end-to-end.
Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content across platforms.
Monitor comments, engagement, DMs, and inbound inquiries.
Track performance analytics & present insights.

2. Content Creation & Strategy

Ideate and draft post captions, long-form content, and content calendars.
Create storytelling themes for projects, brand communication, and campaigns.
Maintain content consistency aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Graphic Design

Design static posts, marketing collateral, brochures, banners, and presentation decks.
Create carousels, brand identity-driven creatives, and digital visual assets.
Ensure clean, premium, and brand-aligned visual output.

4. Video Editing & Reels

Edit reels, walkthroughs, BTS clips, and promo videos.
Add basic motion graphics, typography overlays, and music.
Repurpose recorded footage into platform-ready content.

5. Content Marketing

Execute content distribution & repurposing strategy.
Stay updated with platform trends, interior design & luxury lifestyle trends.
Collaborate with project teams for imagery, updates, site content, and storytelling.

Ownership Expectations

This role is suitable for someone who:
Takes full ownership of marketing execution.
Works independently without waiting for micro-direction.
Manages deadlines and production workflow.
Is comfortable being the “one-person marketing department” operationally (with strategic support).

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media/content roles.

Skilled in:

- Social Media Management- Content Writing & Planning- Graphic Design (Illustrator/Figma/Canva)- Video Editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut/FCP)- Understanding of visual aesthetics and premium design sensibilities.- Understanding of basic insights & analytics.
