Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
Conceptualize and produce engaging content (Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels, blogs)
Write sharp, relatable copy with strong hooks and clear messaging
Coordinate shoots (basic direction, scripting, shot breakdowns)
Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithms
2. Content Marketing & Distribution
Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Optimize content for reach (hashtags, captions, SEO basics, thumbnails)
Identify and leverage trends to increase virality
Collaborate with influencers/creators for amplification
3. Performance Tracking
Track metrics (views, engagement, retention, conversions)
Analyze what works and iterate content strategy accordingly
Run basic A/B tests on formats, hooks, and posting times
4. Brand Building
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Contribute to campaigns, launches, and promotions
Build a community through comments, DMs, and interactions

Skills & Requirements
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills (Hindi + English preferred)
Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social media tools
Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut or similar)
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, hashtags, trends)
Ability to think both creatively and analytically
Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
