Social Media marketing executive

EWRI India is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily posts, and showcasing our work in e-waste recycling, refurbishment, sustainability, EPR, and circular economy

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create daily posts (reels, carousels, photos, infographics) for LinkedIn & Instagram

• Shoot raw photos/videos at the facility, events, stalls, and recycling operations

• Edit short videos for reels, shorts, and promo clips

• Write captions, scripts, and short-form content

Social Media Management

• Manage EWRI + MyRecycler pages

• Maintain Shivam’s professional brand on LinkedIn

• Plan weekly content calendars

• Monitor engagement, comments, and community interactions

Brand Building

• Showcase recycling processes, events, products, sustainability stories

• Create visual content for events (ITAD Summit, CII, expos)

• Support brand collaborations, partnerships, and campaign ideas

Reporting & Analytics

• Track reach, engagement, impressions, and profile growth

• Prepare weekly performance reports

• Suggest improvements based on insights

🔹 Skills Required

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube

• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)

• Basic graphics design (Canva mandatory; Photoshop is a plus)

• Excellent English writing skills

• Photography & videography skills

• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines

• Creativity + interest in sustainability & tech

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in social media / digital content

• Experience in tech, sustainability, recycling, electronics, or startup sectors (bonus)

• Must be comfortable visiting factory/warehouse for content capture
