Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and branding goals.
Posting /schedule (text, images, videos, reels, and stories) across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter(X), and other relevant channels.
Have understanding of running ads on Meta & Google
Monitor social media platforms for trends, brand mentions, and competitor activity, and respond to audience interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure all posts are accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Manage and grow online communities by increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Assist in creating marketing calendars and content plans.
Support other digital marketing and branding initiatives as required.
