Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
Handle assigned clients and maintain professional relationships.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their goals and requirements.
Provide updates and performance insights to clients.
2. Social Media Account Management
Manage and maintain clients’ social media accounts.
Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging.
3. Content Planning & Creation
Plan and develop engaging social media content including posts, captions, and campaign ideas.
Work with designers or create basic visual content if required.
Maintain a monthly content calendar for each client.
4. Social Media Strategy
Create social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitors.
Suggest campaign ideas to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
Optimize strategies based on results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to plan social media strategies and campaigns.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar.
Good time management and organizational skills.
