● Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
● Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
● Foster and grow online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner (Online Reputation Management)
● Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations (Social Listening).
● Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and loyalty.
● Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
● Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
● Good presentation skill for presenting social media strategies and performance reports to clients.
