Key Responsibilities

🔹 Social Media Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Run paid advertising campaigns and track ROI.
Prepare monthly performance reports with analytics and insights.

🔹 Accounts Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledger entries.
Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances (if applicable).
