Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, improve brand visibility, and grow our online audience. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Plan and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.

• Develop monthly social media content calendars.

• Monitor social media trends and implement creative marketing ideas.

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.

• Track engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.

• Prepare regular social media performance reports.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.

• Support promotional campaigns, project launches, and brand-building activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

• Strong communication and copywriting skills.

• Creativity in content planning and storytelling.

• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels and video content.

• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.

• Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.

• A portfolio of social media pages, campaigns, or content is preferred.
