Social Media marketing executive

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in managing social media platforms, designing creatives, content writing, video editing, and social media analytics. The candidate should have hands-on experience across all major social media functions and be capable of independently managing day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Create engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, stories, infographics, thumbnails, and promotional creatives using Canva.

• Write captions, headlines, hashtags, post descriptions, and promotional content.

• Prepare and maintain monthly social media content calendars and ensure timely scheduling and publishing.

• Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos, and basic motion graphics.

• Ensure brand consistency, correct product information, logo usage, and quality across all social media platforms.

• Monitor social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and content effectiveness.

• Prepare periodic social media performance reports and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to develop relevant content and execute marketing campaigns.

• Ensure timely execution of assigned social media activities and incorporate feedback as required.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management and execution.

• Hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms.

• Proficiency in Canva and social media creative development.

• Practical experience in content writing, short-video editing, and Reels creation.

• Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and performance metrics.

• Strong communication, coordination, time-management, and execution skills.

• Candidates must be comfortable handling both creative and operational aspects of social media independently.
