Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement (comments, DMs, etc.).
• Analyse performance metrics and generate monthly social media reports.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising and performance tracking.
• Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
• Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
