Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Social media accounts management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)

· Good knowledge on Latest social media trends, Viral content knowledge and etc.

· Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

· Connect with audiences and reply to comments on posts and Inbox messages are to be replied on different social media channels.

· Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.

· Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.

· Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

· Other tasks as assigned by team lead.

Requirements:

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Creativity and problem-solving mind-set.

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing digital landscape.

· Language skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
