About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at 3 Pedia Digital.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement and digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, planning and executing content, tracking performance and contributing to innovative digital marketing campaigns.

This role offers a dynamic, practical and learning-oriented environment where you will get hands-on experience working on real brands and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content ideas, captions, hooks, reels and posts according to brand objectives.
Coordinate with the design and content team for timely execution of creatives and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach and audience growth.
Research trends, hashtags, competitors and audience behavior to improve content performance.
Develop creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and leads.
Assist in planning and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates and digital marketing tools.
Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, reels, promotional activities and brand growth.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of content planning, social media strategy, hashtags and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics will be an advantage.
Good communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Canva and AI tools for content creation will be an added advantage.
