Social Media Manager

Aman Jewellery pvt ltd is a fast-growing Jewellery brand with a strong focus on social media and visual storytelling. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Content Creator & Director who can manage Instagram content creation end-to-end — from planning video ideas to directing models and ensuring timely posting.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a multi-talented professional who can conceptualize Instagram content, guide and direct models during shoots, explain scripts, and coordinate product video creation. The ideal candidate understands Instagram trends, has a good eye for aesthetics, and can turn products into viral content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create Instagram Reels and product showcase videos

• Direct models during shoots: explain the script, guide poses, expressions, and movements

• Write or adapt short video scripts that align with current Instagram trends

• Handle shoot coordination – with in-house team or freelancers

• Work closely with videographers or shoot using a mobile camera if required

• Ensure all content is visually appealing, brand-appropriate, and shot in high quality

• Create a monthly content calendar and manage the timely posting of reels, stories, and posts

• Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags for Instagram content

• Track performance and trends to improve content strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and direction for Instagram or social media

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (especially working with models/influencers)

• Knowledge of visual storytelling and reel/video trends

• Experience in basic scripting and concept planning

• Comfortable with camera presence and giving clear direction during shoots

• Basic editing skills or ability to work with editors (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)

• Good command of English & Hindi (for scripts and instructions)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in fashion, media, digital marketing, or production

• Understanding of brand building through organic content
