Key Responsibilities

  • Source and create high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.

  • Community Engagement:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.

  • Build and nurture online communities to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.

  • Monitor online conversations and brand mentions to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions).

  • Use data to optimize social media strategies and content.

  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders.

  • Staying Updated:

  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.

  • Experiment with new formats and features to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Work with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content.
