Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp Channels.

• Create and publish daily content.

• Schedule posts using social media tools.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice.

Content Strategy

• Plan monthly content calendars.

• Develop viral content ideas.

• Create educational, promotional, and engagement posts.

• Coordinate with the design and video editing team.

Community Management

• Reply to comments and messages.

• Engage with followers.

• Moderate Telegram and WhatsApp communities.

• Build a strong trading community.

Growth & Marketing

• Increase followers organically.

• Improve engagement and reach.

• Execute social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with influencers and finance creators.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as:

  • Reach

  • Engagement Rate

  • Followers Growth

  • Leads Generated

  • Video Views

  • Website Traffic

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Campaign Management

• Promote webinars.

• Launch course campaigns.

• Manage lead-generation campaigns.

• Coordinate festival and promotional offers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of Social Media Management experience.

• Experience managing finance or stock market brands is preferred.

• Excellent English and Hindi communication.

• Strong copywriting skills.

• Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and X.

• Understanding of SEO and YouTube optimization.

• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.

• Basic Canva and Adobe Photoshop knowledge.

• Understanding of analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Salary

• ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
