We are looking for a Social Media Manager – LinkedIn who can professionally manage LinkedIn accounts and handle the complete day-to-day activity on the platform.
The role includes content creation, posting, engagement, profile management, professional outreach, connection requests, InMails, LinkedIn messages and managing ongoing conversations. We are looking for someone who understands professional communication and can manage LinkedIn accounts in an organized and responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage LinkedIn accounts on a daily basis.
Research relevant topics and create professional LinkedIn posts.
Write, review and publish engaging content regularly.
Engage with relevant professionals and posts through meaningful comments.
Research relevant companies, founders, executives and decision-makers.
Send suitable connection requests to relevant professionals.
Write and send personalized LinkedIn messages and InMails.
Manage incoming replies and basic LinkedIn conversations professionally.
Maintain regular communication with existing connections.
Keep track of outreach, messages, responses and conversations.
Maintain records using Google Sheets or similar tools.
Monitor account activity and improve content and outreach performance.
Maintain a professional tone and ensure that outreach does not appear generic or spammy.
Skills Required
Good written English and professional communication skills.
Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media.
Strong research and content-writing ability.
Comfortable communicating with professionals through LinkedIn.
Understanding of LinkedIn messaging, InMails and connection outreach.
Ability to write engaging posts and professional messages.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and online research.
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and consistently.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with previous experience in LinkedIn management, social media management, LinkedIn lead generation, B2B outreach, content writing, digital marketing or business development through LinkedIn will be preferred.
Practical experience and communication skills will be given more importance than only theoretical knowledge or certifications.
Role Overview
This is not only a content-posting role. The selected person will manage the broader LinkedIn activity, including posts, engagement, connections, outreach, InMails, messages, research and day-to-day account management.
