Social Media Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Write captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other teams to create visual content.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams.
Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and growth.
Requirements
minimum 1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools is a plus.
Knowledge of social media advertising is an advantage.
