Roles & Responsibilities
• Social Media Management
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content.
• Plan monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas.
• Content Creation
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Generate creative content for reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Community Management
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Build and engage online communities.
• Maintain a positive brand image across platforms.
• Performance Tracking
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and • campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly social media reports.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Client Coordination
• Communicate with clients for approvals.
Requirements
• Good understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Strong communication and writing skills.
• Good hands on Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Prior agency experience is a plus.
• Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
