Job Description :
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and track performance.
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals.
Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work under deadlines.
