Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a creative, confident, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating and coordinating content, managing social media accounts, engaging with audiences, generating leads, and supporting overall marketing and business growth.

Candidates with relevant social media, digital marketing, content creation, or brand management experience may also be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company marketing and business objectives.

• Manage and maintain company social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.

• Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for social media content production.

• Write engaging captions, headlines, descriptions, and promotional copy for social media posts.

• Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and content opportunities.

• Monitor competitors and identify new ideas and opportunities for improving social media performance.

• Publish content consistently according to the approved content calendar.

• Manage comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions professionally.

• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team whenever required.

• Develop social media campaigns for product launches, offers, events, promotions, and brand awareness.

• Support lead-generation activities through social media campaigns and organic content.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up of social media-generated leads.

• Monitor social media performance and identify high-performing and low-performing content.

• Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, video views, and conversions.

• Prepare regular weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

• Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, trends, and best practices.

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all social media platforms.

• Assist in paid social media campaigns when required.

• Ensure all published content follows company branding, communication guidelines, and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Good content planning and creative thinking skills.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and audience behaviour.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to write engaging captions and promotional content.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.

• Basic understanding of video/reel content and short-form video trends.

• Knowledge of hashtags, social media SEO, and organic growth strategies.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

• Ability to analyse social media data and make content decisions based on performance.

• Good coordination and teamwork skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and tasks simultaneously.
