Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals who can manage client communication, coordinate social media activities, and ensure a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable handling multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the internal creative team.

• Coordinate daily social media content approvals and publishing schedules.

• Publish posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

• Monitor client queries and ensure timely resolution.

• Follow up with clients for pending approvals, content, feedback, and deliverables.

• Maintain daily communication through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

• Track task progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams.

• Prepare basic weekly and monthly client update reports.

• Escalate urgent issues to the reporting manager whenever required.

• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and project status.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

• Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream (preferred).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, social media management, or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
