Role Overview

This is not just another job.
This is an opportunity to become the voice, energy, and emotion behind multiple brands across industries. You will lead social media execution and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

You’ll be the bridge between creativity and communication, strategy and execution, ideas and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

🟠 Social Media Management (70%)

• Build and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to create posts, stories, reels, and carousels.

• Write captivating copy and engaging captions tailored to each brand's voice.

• Publish posts, engage with followers, monitor DMs/comments, and keep engagement high.

• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements using insights.

• Stay updated on trends, memes, formats, and tools—and turn them into magic.

🔵 Client Relationship Management (30%)

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Schedule, attend, and document client meetings.

• Understand client goals, collect feedback, and communicate updates with internal teams.

• Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and align with client expectations.

• Help clients understand our strategy and get them excited about the work.

You Should Be:

• A people-person with excellent communication (spoken & written) in both Hindi and English.

• Social-media-native: You live and breathe Instagram, and understand how brands can go viral.

• A multitasker who’s organized, reliable, and self-driven.

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines without missing a beat.

• Curious about marketing, branding, and storytelling.

• Always learning. Always leveling up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 12 months to 5 years of prior experience in social media or client servicing preferred.

• Freshers with high passion and good communication may apply.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram tools, Google Sheets/Docs.

• Must be willing to work full-time, in-house, from Kurukshetra.

Compensation

• 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skill & experience)
