Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of how to drive online traffic and generate real estate leads using performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute digital lead generation strategies tailored to real estate (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and CPL efficiency.
Website & SEO Management:
Manage company website updates, landing pages, and ensure SEO best practices.
Improve organic traffic and ranking through keyword optimization, backlinks, and technical SEO.
Social Media Marketing:
Plan and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Run paid campaigns to boost visibility and engagement of property listings or events.
Content Creation:
Coordinate the creation of blogs, emailers, newsletters, property videos, and creatives for campaigns.
Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
Design, execute, and manage targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
CRM Coordination:
Work with sales/CRM team to ensure timely lead follow-up and feedback loop for lead quality analysis.
