Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing our social media strategy across platforms to boost engagement, drive traffic, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.

• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, , LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content – images, videos, reels, carousels, stories, etc.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for cohesive campaigns.

• Plan and schedule content social media content

• Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly insights (reach, engagement, conversions).

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools.

• Handle community management – reply to DMs, comments, and engage with the audience.

• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for campaigns and collaborations.

• Manage social media advertising (Meta Ads, Instagram Boost, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.

• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Creative mindset and excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

• Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle industry (if relevant).
