Digital Marketing Social media manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across different platforms.

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies based on business goals.

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Prepare monthly and weekly content calendars.

• Plan social media campaigns, promotions, and engagement activities.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for creatives and videos.

• Write or coordinate captions, post content, hashtags, and promotional copy.

• Schedule and publish posts on different social media platforms.

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.

• Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other performance metrics.

• Prepare regular social media performance reports.

• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

• Stay updated with current trends, reels, hashtags, platform features, and algorithm changes.

• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual communication.

• Support digital marketing campaigns through organic social media activities.

• Identify trending content ideas and opportunities to improve audience engagement.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of social media management.

• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram.

• Knowledge of YouTube and LinkedIn management.

• Good content planning and content calendar management skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.

• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

• Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviors.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.

• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads will be an advantage.

• Experience with reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.

• Basic video editing knowledge will be preferred.

• Understanding of brand building and online reputation management.

Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
