Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Plan monthly content calendars for all platforms
Identify trends, competitors, and audience insights

2. Content Creation & Management:

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics)
Coordinate with designers and content creators
Maintain brand voice and consistency

3. Platform Management:

Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube
Schedule and publish posts regularly
Optimize profiles and pages

4. Engagement & Community Building:

Respond to comments, messages, and reviews
Build relationships with followers and customers
Handle basic customer queries

5. Performance Tracking:

Track KPIs like reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
Generate weekly/monthly reports
Analyze performance and improve strategies

6. Paid Campaigns (Optional):

Run social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor ad performance and ROI
