Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and grow our audience while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video, and stories)

• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns

• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns

• Report on social media performance and insights to improve engagement and reach

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

• Strong content creation, copywriting, and editing skills

• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid social media advertising

• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools

• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
