Social Media Manager

Salon Factory is a fast-growing company in the beauty and salon industry, offering complete salon setup solutions — from interiors and furniture to branding, equipment, and digital marketing. We are building a strong online presence and looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage and grow Salon Factory’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Plan and schedule content calendars (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).

• Coordinate with the video editing, graphic design, to produce engaging content.

• Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly, monthly reports to track growth and engagement.

• Respond to messages, comments, and engage with the online community.

• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Collaborate with management for brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (interns with strong portfolios can also apply).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

• Creative mindset with good visual and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
