Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, result-oriented, and professional Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and enhance brand engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Plan and schedule content calendars for regular posting
Create engaging captions, creatives, and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events, and promotions
Build online community engagement and respond to queries/messages when required

Requirements:

6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and creative skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

Graphic designing knowledge
Paid advertising campaign understanding
Branding and content planning experience
