Lead the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Manage monthly calendars, festive campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and product promotions
Oversee social commerce (DM to order, link-in-bio purchases, WhatsApp conversions, etc.)
Optimize social ads and engagement campaigns to drive leads and brand visibility
Analyze performance using tools like Meta Suite, Insights, etc., and improve KPIs
Coordinate with creative teams to deliver thumb-stopping content (reels, shorts, posts)
Collaborate with E-commerce, GT, and retail sales teams to align marketing with product availability & promotions
Drive inbound leads via social media and convert them into offline visits/orders
Track sales via WhatsApp, DMs, referrals, and ensure conversion follow-ups
Conduct and promote in-store activities, pop-ups, and retail promotions
Assist in event-based selling (exhibitions, food expos, tie-ups)
4-7 years of experience in FMCG, Lifestyle, Retail, or D2C brands
Strong grasp on digital marketing tools + understanding of offline sales behavior
Creative mindset with content + sales funnel thinking
Excellent communication (Hindi & English), persuasive, and customer-centric
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Forms, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
Team player who can align sales with storytelling
