Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and handle 15–25+ social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Client communication on a daily basis for updates, approvals, and feedback
Perform daily basic social media activities (posting, monitoring, engagement)
Story posting as per brand guidelines and campaign requirements
Handle group activities such as internal coordination and team discussions
Respond to daily client messages, comments, and DMs in a timely manner
Create, plan, and maintain a monthly content calendar
Coordinate with designers and content writers for post creation
Monitor performance and ensure consistent brand presence
Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Basic knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools
Time management and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta tools
Knowledge of hashtags, reels, and engagement strategies
Basic analytics understanding
