Job Title: Social Media Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can go beyond posting content — someone who understands business objectives, builds trust with our target audience, and drives measurable outcomes like engagement, lead quality, and brand authority.
This role requires a mix of strategy, content thinking, audience psychology, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with business goals
Identify content themes (authority, trust-building, problem-solving, case studies)
Plan platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Ensure content aligns with target audience (business owners, founders, etc.)
2. Content Execution & Management
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams
Manage end-to-end content publishing (posts, reels, carousels, videos)
Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and messaging
Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track KPIs: engagement rate, reach, saves, shares, inbound leads
Analyze what content works vs. what doesn’t
Continuously optimize content strategy based on data
Run A/B tests on hooks, formats, and messaging
4. Audience Engagement & Community Building
Respond to comments, DMs, and interactions strategically
Build relationships with followers and potential clients
Identify and engage with high-value prospects
Monitor audience sentiment and feedback
5. Trend & Insight Mapping
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
Identify relevant trends and adapt them to the brand voice
Study competitor strategies and positioning
6. Lead Funnel Contribution
Align content with marketing funnel stages (awareness → trust → conversion)
Work closely with marketing/sales team to improve lead quality
Support campaigns (ads, launches, events, webinars)
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram algorithms
Content thinking (hooks, storytelling, positioning)
Analytical mindset (data-driven decisions)
Basic understanding of branding and marketing funnels
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to think from a business owner’s perspective, not just a creator’s
Tools (Preferred Experience)
Scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Analytics tools (native + third-party)
Basic understanding of Canva / video editing tools
CRM or lead tracking tools (bonus)
What We’re NOT Looking For
Someone who only schedules posts
Someone focused only on aesthetics without understanding business impact
Someone who blindly follows trends without strategic thinking
Success Metrics for This Role
Growth in relevant audience (not vanity followers)
Increase in engagement quality (comments, saves, shares)
Improvement in lead quality and inbound inquiries
Stronger brand positioning and authority
