Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our company’s social media presence and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, and executing effective digital strategies to increase audience engagement and organic reach.

Job Responsibility :

· Develop and implement strategies to increase organic reach and audience engagement across social media platforms.

· Manage and monitor multiple social media channels while maintaining brand consistency in messaging and visuals.

· Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.

· Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

· Monitor and analyze customer feedback, comments, and online reviews to improve brand reputation.

· Use social media platforms strategically to increase brand awareness, reach, and impressions.

· Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.

· Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

· Monitor SEO performance and web traffic metrics to support digital marketing efforts.

Job Requisites:

· Proven working experience in social media marketing, particularly within the industry.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

· Demonstrable experience in managing marketing database and social media advertising campaigns.

· Expertise in boosting organic reach across a variety of social platforms

· Excellent time management skills.

· Strong decision making and reasoning skills.

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

· Strong work ethic.
