Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Plan and execute social media lead generation campaigns for real estate projects

  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives focused on conversions

  • Handle and qualify leads from social media platforms

  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups

  • Manage daily social media activities, comments, and inquiries

  • Optimize ad performance, CPL, and ROI

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance regularly

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital strategies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate lead generation

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

  • Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnels .Good communication and coordination skills

  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking
