Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can lead creative strategies, manage content production, and handle client relations with professionalism and creativity. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that bring measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📱 Content Creation: Plan and oversee daily posts, reels, and stories for clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• ✍️ Script Writing: Develop creative reel scripts, captions, and content ideas that align with each brand’s voice.

• 🎥 Video Editing: Coordinate and assist in short-form video production, including basic editing and direction.

• 💬 Customer Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their goals, manage feedback, and maintain strong relationships.

• 📊 Social Media Strategy: Design monthly content calendars, analyze metrics, and grow brand engagement.

• 🎯 Campaign Management: Plan and execute ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, etc.) in coordination with the ad team.

• 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and copy teams to maintain quality and consistency.

• 🚀 Trend Research: Keep up with the latest digital trends, UGC formats, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Proven Interest in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong creative and writing skills (reel scripts, captions, and campaign ideas).

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.).

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Understanding of social media analytics and ad management (Meta Ads preferred). ()

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with attention to detail.
