Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with 2 years of experience to manage our online presence and execute digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Paid Advertising: Set up and optimize Facebook and Google Ads to meet performance goals and maximize ROI.

• Strategy & Optimization: Develop social media strategies and perform Social Media Optimization (SMO) to increase organic reach.

• Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand brand visibility.

• Campaign Tracking: Monitor Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and provide regular reports on performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree.

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.

• English Proficiency: Basic English (ability to communicate and write clear captions/ad copy).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Social Media Analytics.

• Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10 km of the office are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Social Media Advertising and PPC Campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Internet Marketing trends.

• Ability to manage Influencer Marketing workflows.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
