Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, increase engagement, and strengthen our brand online. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and analyzing social media campaigns across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.

• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).

• Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and content.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Manage paid social media campaigns (ads, boosts, promotions).

• Prepare monthly reports on growth, reach, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of current trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

• Influencer collaboration or campaign experience.
