Job Description – Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team at NRV Sports. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, designing graphics, editing videos, and running paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.

- Create attractive product posts, promotional banners, and graphics using Canva or other design tools.

- Shoot and edit product videos, Instagram Reels, and promotional content.

- Plan and publish regular social media posts, stories, and reels.

- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook using Meta Ads Manager.

- Monitor ad performance, manage advertising budgets, and optimize campaigns to generate leads and sales.

- Develop creative marketing strategies to promote sports products and grow the brand online.

- Track social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.

- Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and digital marketing techniques.

Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in social media management or digital marketing.

- Practical knowledge of Canva, graphic design, and video editing.

- Experience in Instagram Reels creation and product promotion.

- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.

- Good creativity, communication skills, and an understanding of social media trends.

- Ability to work independently.

Preferred: Candidates who can handle social media management, graphic designing, video editing, and paid advertising independently.
