Job Title: Social Media Executive (Camera-Friendly)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a camera-friendly and creative Social Media Executive who can confidently face the camera, create engaging video content, and explain our services in a simple and impactful way. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all our social media platforms and maintaining a content calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video content by facing the camera (Reels, Shorts, Informative videos)

• Brief and explain company services clearly to clients through videos

• Shoot, edit, and publish videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

• Plan and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendar

• Handle end-to-end social media account management

• Write captions, hashtags, and basic creatives for posts

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and content formats

• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for content ideas

• Analyze basic performance metrics and improve engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be confident, camera-friendly, and well-spoken

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (mobile editing is acceptable)

• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content

• Creativity in presenting services in an engaging manner

• Ability to plan and follow a content calendar

• Prior experience as a Social Media Executive / Content Creator is a plus

Preferred Candidate:

• Comfortable facing the camera daily

• Energetic personality with a presentable appearance

• Experience in service-based industry content (corporate / legal / compliance is a plus)
