Job Description – Social Media Influencer & Content Creator

About the Role

PropCID Infotech Private Limited is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Influencer & Content Creator who can create engaging short-form video content and manage the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts and short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.

• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.

• Appear on camera and confidently present company, product and real-estate-related content.

• Write basic scripts, hooks, captions and content concepts for videos.

• Manage and regularly update company social media handles.

• Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and other social media content.

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

• Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.

• Research trending sounds, formats, hashtags and content strategies.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional and brand-focused content.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube and Facebook trends and algorithms.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.

• Creative thinking and strong understanding of social media trends.

• Ability to create engaging hooks and short-form content.

• Basic knowledge of content planning, hashtags and social media analytics.

• Good understanding of the real-estate/social-media industry will be an advantage.

• Ability to independently manage multiple social media accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Social Media Influencer, Content Creator, Social Media Executive or Digital Content Creator.

• Candidates with experience creating Reels/Shorts will be preferred.

• Real estate experience is an added advantage.

• Candidates should have a portfolio or examples of previous social media work.
