Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and responsible Female Social Media Manager (Full-Time) to manage and grow our brand presence across all major social media platforms. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of content creation and social media advertising, with a strong interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle daily activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube, Twitter

Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, shorts, and video content

Plan and execute monthly and weekly content calendars

Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement

Assist in planning, running, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and other social media advertisements

Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms

Coordinate with the marketing and design team for content execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of major social media platforms and content formats

Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Social Media Advertising

Experience or interest in reels, shorts, and video content creation

Creative thinking with good communication skills

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc. is an added advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
