We are seeking a creative, strategic, and result-oriented social media manager to manage our brand presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content, increasing engagement, running campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication.
Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content ideas including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design/creative team.
Handle social media posting, scheduling, and daily activity.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay relevant.
Run paid ad campaigns to increase reach, leads, and sales.
Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews professionally.
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, followers, and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for aligned branding.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvements.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.
Creative thinker with excellent writing and content skills.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, and scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of social media ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ability to analyze insights and create data-driven strategies.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Experience in agency or brand marketing preferred.
