We are looking for a passionate and trend-driven Social Media Manager (Female) to handle the online presence of our kids’ fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, kids’ trends, and storytelling that connects emotionally with parents and young audiences. You’ll be responsible for building a consistent, playful, and stylish digital identity for the brand across all major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Plan and manage daily posts, stories, and reels across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging photo and video content in collaboration with the design, photography, and marketing teams.
Work closely with stylists, photographers, and influencers to curate on-brand fashion content.
Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collaborations that reflect current fashion trends.
Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics; provide insights and monthly reports.
Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
Stay updated with kids’ fashion trends, social media algorithms, and viral content ideas.
Manage influencer partnerships, barter deals, and paid promotions to expand brand reach.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align social media promotions with online sales and offers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in social media management (experience in fashion or kidswear preferred).
Strong sense of visual aesthetics, color coordination, and brand consistency.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Excellent writing, captioning, and storytelling skills.
Ability to think creatively and keep up with fast-moving trends and reels formats.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid ad campaigns.
