🎯 Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor advertising budgets and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI
Improve brand presence across social media platforms through engaging and relevant content
Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies
Improve website rankings and increase organic traffic
Track campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare performance reports
Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting to improve results
Collaborate with design and content teams for smooth campaign execution
Develop innovative digital marketing strategies and growth ideas
Graduate (mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Knowledge of SEO/SEM
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge
Strong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills
In-hand salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Depends on experience and interview)
