Social Media Manager

You will be the architect of our social media presence, from crafting the strategy to executing the daily posts that make people stop scrolling.

What You'll Do:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc., to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, original content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, and written posts) that aligns with our brand voice.

• Community Management: Be the voice of nineerial! Respond to comments and DMs, foster conversations, and build a loyal community around our brand.

• Growth & Analytics: Use analytics tools to track performance, report on KPIs (follower growth, engagement, website traffic), and use data to optimize our strategy.

• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our strategy fresh and effective.

• Campaign Management: Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns to support lead generation and brand initiatives.

Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

• You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for adapting tone and style.

• You are proficient with content creation tools

• You have a solid understanding of social media analytics and how to interpret data.

• You are creative, proactive, and genuinely passionate about the world of social media.

• Experience with community management and paid social advertising is a must.
